Employee Spotlight: Shelah Narcaroti.
Meet Shelah Narcaroti, a member of MUSD’s Educational Services team who works at the intersection of students, teachers, technology, and creative problem-solving.
She collaborates with teachers, counselors, administrators, students, and families to help students stay on track and find a learning pathway that works for them.
She also serves as an Instructional Coach and EdTech support, helping educators make meaningful use of instructional technology and AI through professional learning, coaching, and implementation support.
At MCAT High School, Shelah provides induction support for teachers new to the district, works with school leadership on designated goals, and provides one-on-one and team-based coaching.
Whether she's helping a student find a new path forward, supporting a teacher with a technology challenge, or asking, “What do we do with this student?”, Shelah brings a creative, collaborative approach to helping MUSD students and staff succeed.
